Land Development in North Georgia Mountains

A love of nature and a deep appreciation for the North Georgia mountains brought me to Blue Ridge, Georgia. Raintree, our first development in 2002, encompassed 41 acres. Later we purchased 160 acres bordered on three sides by the Chattahoochee National Forest and the Cohutta Wilderness Area, the largest wilderness region east of the Mississippi River. In this breathtaking setting, with pastures set amid two mountains and overlooking a serene valley and flowing creek, we created Cohutta Ranch.

In 2006, we began Big Sky Mountain on 115 acres. In a spectacular setting with expansive views, this development truly earns its name, and is now the area’s top-selling development.

I believe what makes our properties so special is the personal care and attention we provide, and our ongoing reverence for the natural beauty of the area. I personally ensure the upkeep and maintenance of common areas and oversee all stages of construction.
